You can apply even if you don’t have an internet connection via SMS:

A confirmation email will inform you of your eligibility once we receive your application
The distribution center where your rashan can be picked up will be shared with you once you have been approved

03. Union Council offices offer offline registration

There are offline registration facilities offered by local union councils and government offices for those who do not have the option of registering online. Your nearest center will be able to assist you with manual registration and verification with your CNIC.
