Punjab 3 Marla Plot Scheme for low-income families has been launched under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Those families who can’t afford land to build their own homes will benefit from this initiative.
The Three Marla Scheme is an initiative of Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Every family in Punjab has a right to a place of their own, and it’s part of her mission to make sure that happens. Those without land or a house are given three-marla plots at no cost, about 675 sq ft.
Maryam Nawaz 3 Marla Plot Scheme 2025 Apply Online
The Punjab government offers the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme 2025 as a housing initiative. In this program, people who don’t own a home or land can obtain free residential plots measuring 3 Marla (approximately 675 square feet). The initiative empowers women, widows, and vulnerable citizens by giving them control over their land and giving them security and dignity.
We developed the Maskan-e-Ravi Housing Scheme in collaboration with RUDA and EPS Solutions Pakistan. At the ceremony, a documentary on President Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s services and projects was presented. Additionally, Bilal Yasin, the provincial minister for housing, addressed the ceremony.


AZAG Allocation of Plots Based on District
A breakdown of plot allocations can be found below:
Distribution of plots in Phase 1:
- Three districts in the Lahore Division – 518 plots
- It includes five districts in the Faisalabad Division, which offers 288 plots
- Divided into five districts, Multan Division has 270 plots
- There are 27 plots across three districts in the Bahawalpur Division
- Seven schemes covering 131 plots in the Bakhar Region
Included cities and regions in the scheme:
- Among them are Attock, Jhelum, Gujrat, and Mandi Bahauddin.
- The Chiniot, Mamukanjan, Salam, Jhang, and Pakpattan river systems.
- The Baysi sisters, Renala Khurd, Bakhar, Khushab, and Layyah.
- Sahiwal, Chichawatni, Fort Manru, Bahawalnagar.
- The rural areas of Rajanpur, Bahawalpur, and other places.

The following conditions must be met for applicants to be eligible for this scheme:
- A Punjab resident must qualify for this position
- Neither land nor property should be owned
- You belong to a family that has a low income or is financially unstable
- Proof of income and residency are required
- The program is not open to government employees who earn high salaries

- For access to the portal: Visit the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar website
- Registration Category: Select either the ‘Citizen’ category if you are an individual applicant, or the ‘Sponsor/Developer’ category if you are applying on behalf of an organization
- Enter your Personal Details: Include your full name, CNIC number, contact information, and current address
- Check your income: Upload documents verifying your income, such as salary slips or letters from your local government authority
- Affidavit of Homelessness: You must submit an affidavit confirming you do not own any residential property
