CM’s Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program 2025 engages young graduates in tourism, heritage, and culture promotion. By providing a fully paid internship, the province is promoting its rich tourism potential while building up the capacity of youth. The Tourism, Archaeology, and Museums Department will provide real-time field experience and exposure for individuals who are ready to become tourism professionals.
CM Punjab Magnificent Tourism Internship Program
Additionally, graduates aged 21 to 28 who have graduated from a relevant degree within the last two years can apply for this internship program. A three-month internship offers hands-on learning experiences at tourism sites and heritage departments. We have 1,000 internships available, 250 of which are specifically reserved for the second batch. To register, candidates must do so before 15th June 2025.

A complete registration is required for the Magnificent Punjab Internship Program online. Candidates must go to https://mpip.punjab.gov.pk and fill out their details accurately. A recent photograph and academic documents should be uploaded by applicants. Only shortlisted candidates will advance to the next step of the selection process.

Eligibility Criteria for the Chief Minister’s Magnificent Tourism Internship
- The age range is 21 to 28.
- Punjab is the province of residence.
- Graduates interested in this internship must have graduated within the last two years (1st January 2023 and 31st December 2024).
- You must have 16 years of education in one of the below-mentioned relevant degrees from an HEC-recognized institution to apply.
- The internship is relevant to students with degrees in Tourism & Hospitality Management, History, Archaeology, Business Administration, Marketing, and Information Technology.

Rules and Guidelines for a Magnificent Tourism Internship 2025
As a means of maintaining professionalism and ensuring success, participants must follow these rules:
- An observation: The attendance of students is tracked through a GPS-enabled application. Possible terminations are based on absenteeism.
- Leaving Policy: The maximum number of approved leaves per month is two. A deduction will be made from the stipend for additional leaves.
- Disbursement of the Stipend: Payments are made following performance using banking channels.
- Working Location: An intern may be assigned to an office in one of his or her preferred districts.
- A dress code is required: It is required to wear formal wear during work hours.
- Timelines for Tasks: Timely completion of tasks assigned to you is mandatory.
- Assuring confidentiality: Maintain all official information as secure and confidential.
- Refund of Materials: Please return any tools or materials you were given during the internship.
- Authorization to Leave: A written approval must be obtained before leaving your workstation.
