You have three options for receiving the Juvenile Card:
- A normal period is 31 days
- 23 days left for urgent action
- NRCs will process Fast Track applications in 9 days.

Juvenile Card fees vary according to processing time:
- Normally, Rs. 750 is charged
- 1500 rupees urgently needed
- A fast-track fee of Rs. 2,500 is required
Nadra Juvenile Smart Card Requirements
Following are the documents you will need to apply for a Smart National Identity Card:
You need to present the following documents to NADRA registration centers in Pakistan if you want to apply for a smart card or a juvenile card.
- In addition to the child’s original National Identity Card (NIC)/Smart National Identity Card (SNIC), National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)/Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani (SNICOP), parents or guardians must also provide an original document (Creation Certificate (CRC), matric certificate, mark sheet, domicile, or passport).
- CNICF attestation from any blood or immediate relative OR compliance with NADRA Regulation 9(a-h)

How to Apply for NADRA Juvenile Card Online 2025?
Almost all NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs) offer Juvenile Cards (JV).

- There will be a photograph taken of you.
- Fingerprints and signatures must be provided.
